The Fightart Karate Shin and Foot Guard is officially approved by the French Karate Federation for karate competitions. Its ergonomic design and EVA foam padding cover the top of the shin and instep, providing optimal protection for the karateka.

This Fightart Karate Shin and Foot Guard remains lightweight and comfortable to wear, crafted from dense, durable materials. The outer surface is made of easy-to-maintain PU material, which can be cleaned with a damp sponge; be sure to dry the guard thoroughly while avoiding direct heat sources (e.g., radiator).

Securing the guard is quick and simple, thanks to three elasticated and Velcro straps at the back of the shin, plus an elasticated Velcro strap at the back of the foot. This guard offers sufficient impact absorption for karate practice (excluding ‘karate contact’ and ‘karate kyokushinkai’ styles).

The guard meets current European CE standards. Available from size 2XS for children up to XL for adults, it’s perfect for both training sessions and competitions sanctioned by the French Karate Federation (FFKarate).
