I. How do I return my order if I have an account?

Made a mistake with an item? Changed your mind about a colour?
Want to return all or part of your order? No problem!

Before you start, please note:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return and ship your parcel.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund: cloth masks, mouthguards, groin guards, underwear, swimwear, personalised items, compression shorts and punching bags.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tag attached.

  • Keep orders separate. Returning more than one order in a single parcel may delay your refund.

Steps

  • Go to https://dragonbleu.fr.
  • Log in to your account (account icon top right) with your email and password.

 

  • Open “Order History”, then click “Return my order”.

  • Select the items to return and the reason.
  • Pay for the return shipping label and benefit from our discounted rates.
  • Print the return shipping label and the product return form.
  • Affix the label to your parcel and insert the return form inside.

That’s it! Drop off your parcel with the carrier.

  • Tracking: keep an eye on your return tracking. You’ll receive an email once we have received your returned item(s).

  • Refund: once received, your refund will be issued within 10 days maximum (confirmation by email).


II. How do I return my order if I don’t have an account?

Click here:

 

  • Merchant: enter Dragon Bleu (if not prefilled).

  • Order number: enter your number (don’t forget the “#” in front).

  • Last name: enter the first three letters of your surname.

Examples & special cases:

  • Les ChevauxLES

  • CourchevilleCOU

  • Le GuéantLE⎵ (include the space)

  • L’aiguilleL'⎵ (include the apostrophe and the space)

Then:

  1. Continue.

  2. Select items to return and the reason.

  3. Pay for the return label (discounted rates).

  4. Print the return label and the return form.

  5. Affix the label to your parcel and insert the form inside.

Drop off your parcel with the carrier.
You’ll receive an email when we receive it; the refund will be processed within 10 days maximum.
