The company SAS DRAGON BLEU, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 453 398 810, with its registered office located at 7, Rue du Sagittaire, 94150 Rungis, France, has created and manages a loyalty programme called “DB Pass”, intended for its customers.
These terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”, set out the conditions for joining and using the DB Pass loyalty programme, hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”.
Any person requesting to join the DB Pass Programme is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
The DB Pass Programme is valid only for purchases made on the Dragon Bleu website.
The DB Pass Programme aims to reward loyal Dragon Bleu customers. By participating, members can earn points, complete missions, reach different tiers and receive rewards under the conditions described below.
Membership is open to any individual aged 18 or over and residing in France.
To become a member, the customer must create a customer account on Dragon Bleu and accept these conditions.
Membership of the DB Pass Programme is free of charge.
Only one membership per person will be accepted. DRAGON BLEU may request, at any time, any document proving the address and identity of the person wishing to join or having joined the DB Pass Programme, particularly in the event of identical names.
Registration for the DB Pass Programme requires the Member to provide certain information necessary for the management of their account and benefits.
The following information may in particular be requested when joining or using the Programme:

Email address
Postal address
Birthday
Phone number, if the Member chooses to provide it
The information collected when joining and using the DB Pass Programme is processed by DRAGON BLEU’s departments, in particular for the following purposes:
processing memberships;
managing the DB Pass Programme;
awarding points and rewards;
managing tiers and benefits;
monitoring missions completed by Members;
communicating with Members about the Programme.
Information relating to the processing of the Member’s personal data is provided in the Data Protection Policy available on the Dragon Bleu website.
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation, which came into force on 25 May 2018, and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Member has:
the right to access, rectify, erase and transfer their personal data;
the right to restrict the processing of their data;
the right to object to the processing of their data and to its use for commercial prospecting purposes;
the right to define instructions regarding the handling of their data after death;
the right to object to profiling measures;
the right to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on such consent.

Members earn 1 point for every €1 spent, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
Points are credited to the Member’s account once the order has been confirmed, subject to the applicable validation conditions.
In the event of a full or partial return of the order, or cancellation of the order, the points earned when placing said order will be deducted from the total number of points accumulated by the Member, or adjusted according to the returns made.
Only purchases made from 1 January 2026 are taken into account for the accumulation of points under the DB Pass Programme.
The Member may view their loyalty points balance at any time in their customer account and in the DB Pass area of the Dragon Bleu website.
The DB Pass Programme also allows Members to earn points by completing certain missions.
The available missions, their point value and their validation conditions are indicated in the DB Pass area.
By way of example, the following missions may allow Members to earn points:

Some missions may require manual verification by DRAGON BLEU before being validated. In this case, the awarding of points may require processing time.
Some missions may only be completed once per account. The specific conditions for each mission are detailed in the DB Pass area.
DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to refuse or cancel the validation of a mission in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, incorrect information, incomplete action or failure to comply with the conditions of the mission.
The amounts spent by the Member under the DB Pass Programme allow them to reach different tiers and benefit from the associated advantages.
The DB Pass Programme includes the following four tiers:

The amounts used to reach the different tiers are calculated on the basis of purchases made on the Dragon Bleu website, excluding shipping costs, returns, cancellations and refunds.
The Member keeps the rewards from previous tiers when reaching a higher tier, subject to the specific conditions of each benefit.
The Member may lose their tier if their cumulative total or the required conditions no longer correspond to the characteristics of the relevant tier.
The Member may view their tier, points balance and associated benefits at any time in their customer account and in the DB Pass area of the Dragon Bleu website.
The benefits linked to DB Pass tiers may include, in particular:

Benefits may be subject to specific conditions, in particular availability, validity, minimum purchase amount, product exclusions or non-combinability with other offers.
DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to modify, replace or remove certain benefits, particularly in the event of unavailability of a product, operation or experience.
Depending on their tier, the Member may receive a birthday discount.
Birthday discounts are awarded under the following conditions:
Silver tier: 10% discount for the Member’s birthday.
Gold tier: 15% discount for the Member’s birthday.
Dragon tier: 15% discount for the Member’s birthday.
The birthday code is valid for 30 days on purchases of €50 or more.
It does not apply to:
customizable products;
punching bags;
products related to punching bags;
current promotions.
The birthday code cannot be combined with current commercial offers.
Points may be exchanged for discounts, vouchers, gifts or other benefits, according to the conditions in force indicated in the DB Pass area.
Points are not transferable to another account and cannot be exchanged for money.
The accumulation of points is subject to the validation of orders and missions. In the event of cancellation, return, fraud or failure to comply with the conditions, points may be cancelled or removed from the Member’s account.
Points are valid for up to 12 months. After this period, points expire automatically.
Vouchers may be obtained through the DB Pass Programme in exchange for a specified number of points.

Each voucher is valid for 90 days from its date of generation.
Vouchers can be used on products available on the Dragon Bleu website, excluding in particular:
punching bags;
coaching equipment;
customizable products;
related products excluded from the Programme;
current promotional offers, where combination is not permitted.
Vouchers cannot be combined with current commercial offers.
They are valid once only, cannot be split, transferred or exchanged for money.
Each voucher generates a unique personal code to be entered at checkout.
The DB Pass Programme may include a referral system allowing the Member to invite someone they know to discover Dragon Bleu.
The referred friend may receive a €10 voucher valid on their first purchase, with a minimum purchase amount of €30.
The referrer receives a €10 voucher after validation of the referred friend’s order, meaning when the order has not been cancelled or returned within the applicable 14-day period.
Vouchers issued as part of the referral programme are subject to the following conditions:
valid on products available on the Dragon Bleu website;
not applicable to punching bags, coaching equipment or customizable products;
cannot be combined with current promotional offers;
subject to a minimum order amount of €30;
valid once only;
cannot be exchanged for money.
DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to cancel any reward related to the referral programme in the event of fraud, self-referral, creation of multiple accounts or abusive use of the Programme.

SAS DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to modify, suspend or develop the DB Pass Programme at any time, in particular with regard to:
the points earning scale;
the nature of the benefits;
the missions offered;
the tiers;
the access thresholds for tiers;
the conditions for using rewards;
the applicable exclusions.
Members will be informed of significant changes by email or by any other appropriate means, with reasonable prior notice where necessary.
If the Member no longer wishes to benefit from the DB Pass Programme, they may inform DRAGON BLEU by post or email using the contact details set out in Article 4.4.
Where applicable, DRAGON BLEU will deactivate the member account upon receipt of the notification sent by the Member and, where appropriate, delete the relevant data in accordance with applicable regulations.
DRAGON BLEU may deactivate the membership of any Member who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or who makes abusive use of the benefits, services or offers provided under the Programme.
Such deactivation may occur in particular in the following cases:
payment incident;
fraud or attempted fraud;
creation or use of multiple accounts;
abnormally high number of transactions;
use of the Programme for non-personal purposes;
failure to comply with the conditions of a mission or benefit;
no purchase made for a consecutive period of 12 months.
Where applicable, DRAGON BLEU will notify the Member of its decision by post or email.
Deactivation of the member account will result in the permanent loss of accumulated points and acquired benefits, without the Member being entitled to claim any compensation.
The DB Pass Programme may be subject to changes, in particular concerning the points earning scale, missions, tiers, the validity period of points and the nature of loyalty benefits.
Where applicable, these changes will result in an amendment to these Terms and Conditions.
DRAGON BLEU may discontinue the DB Pass Programme, provided that Members are informed by email or post at least one month in advance.
In this case, the Member may use the corresponding benefits for a period of one month from the discontinuation of the DB Pass Programme, without being able to continue earning new points or benefits.
If these benefits are not used within the specified period, they will be permanently lost and the Member will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
DRAGON BLEU shall not be held liable in the event of temporary unavailability of the DB Pass Programme, technical malfunction, display error, calculation error or delay affecting the accumulation, display or use of points and benefits.
DRAGON BLEU will endeavour to correct any identified anomaly as soon as possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the DB Pass Programme, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
