Fitting Instructions:
Step 1: Fill a pot with 2 to 4 inches of water and bring it to a boil.
Step 2: Remove the pot from heat. Let the water sit for 30 seconds, then submerge the mouthguard for 60 seconds. Do not exceed 60 seconds.
Step 3: Carefully lift the mouthguard out of the hot water using a slotted spoon.
Step 4: Cool the mouthguard under cold running water for 1 to 2 seconds.
Step 5: Moisten your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
Step 6: Align the mouthguard with the center line of your teeth. Fit it over your upper teeth and press firmly on the molars first, then the front teeth.
Step 7: Close your mouth and bite down hard on the mouthguard. Suck in strongly. Use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard against your teeth.
Step 8: Remove the mouthguard and fully immerse it in a cup filled with ice and cold water—let it cool for 2 minutes. Put the mouthguard back in and check the fit.
Repeat steps 1 to 8 if the fit isn’t perfect.
