Everlast's Cardio Elite (kick) boxing gloves are specially designed for speed training and target control. Thanks to the full wrist strap and open thumb design, the glove fits snugly and allows good fist positioning. In addition, the glove features double-layer foam for lightweight protection. These gloves are therefore suitable for heavy punching bags, but are not recommended for sparring.
