Crafted from ultra-lightweight 420 GSM Pearl Weave fabric, the jacket is made from a single piece of material, ensuring streamlined durability while eliminating unnecessary seam weight. The collar features heat-resistant vulcanized synthetic rubber, wrapped in the same cotton/polyester ripstop fabric as the pants. The pants themselves are constructed from 8 oz cotton/polyester ripstop, reinforced with double padding on the knees and equipped with a custom stretch drawstring that guarantees a tight, secure knot.

Embroidered details on each sleeve, the back of the neck, and the upper leg replace the woven patches from the 1.0 version. There’s no compromise on weight—this Gi is the lightest in our lineup, making it the ultimate choice for competition mats.
