Crafted from ultra-light 420 GSM Pearl Weave fabric, the jacket is made from a single piece of material, ensuring streamlined durability while eliminating unnecessary seam weight. The lapel features heat-resistant vulcanized synthetic rubber, covered with the same cotton/polyester ripstop fabric as the pants. The pants are constructed from 8 oz cotton/polyester ripstop, equipped with reinforced double padding on the knees and a custom stretch drawstring that guarantees a tight, secure knot.

Premium embroidery on each sleeve, the back of the neck, and the upper leg replaces the woven patches from the 1.0 version. This Gi makes no compromises on weight—it’s the lightest in our lineup, engineered perfectly for competition mats.
