Fitting instructions
You will need a kettle, bowl, mirror, spoon and cold running water.
1. Boil the kettle and pour the hot water into a bowl.
2. Immediately immerse the mouthguard for 30 seconds. If it starts shrinking sooner, remove it immediately and continue to the next step.
3. Carefully remove it with a spoon.
4. Lick your lips and carefully place the mouthguard in your mouth.
5. Using a mirror, align it with the centre of your upper teeth. Bite down gently and close your lips without biting through the mouthguard.
6. Suck while pressing gently on the outside of your lips with your fingers to mould it against your teeth and gums for 30 seconds.
7. Remove it and hold it under cold running water for 30 seconds.
8. Reinsert it to check for a snug fit. Repeat the entire process if needed.
