Century's signature heavy-duty bag wall mounting system is made from heavy-duty steel (1.5 mm thick) and features a wall support system that will support bags up to 50 kilograms (100 lbs).

Ideal and appropriate for your workouts, this wall-mounting system is mountable on any standard wall with a hole pattern designed for 16" center wall studs.

It's also very practical and clever, featuring a pivot system that allows it to be stored flat against the wall when not in use. Bag sold separately.

Tip: It's advisable to place a spring between the stem and the bag, to dampen the shockwave that generates the vibrations in the walls and therefore the noise.
